Tina Chang

Tina Chang is an Operating Partner at Garnett Station Partners Tina is also the Chair and CEO of SysLogic, Inc, serving clients in North America since 1995 in the domains of Technology Strategy and Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, Information Management and Business Intelligence, and Software Development. Prior to SysLogic, Tina worked for Andersen Consulting (Accenture), where she served as a consultant to F500 companies.

Tina maintains a strong background in business leadership and technology-based innovation and she has leveraged the platform to spin off four technology start-ups, including a public benefit corporation. She currently serves on the boards of two publicly traded companies, Weyco Group and STRATTEC Security Corporation, as well as an employee-owned manufacturing company, Central States Inc.

Originally from New York, Tina attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also attended the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, where she specialized in environmental accounting and European commerce. In her spare time, Tina lives her passion for community building through various leadership and board responsibilities, focused on education, healthcare, public safety, and economic development. She is an avid bass angler, a sports analytics fan and enjoys spending time thinking about the next wave of disruptive innovation.
