Jigar Shah

Jigar Shah is an Operating Partner at Garnett Station Partners, where he focuses on unlocking value through the Office of the CFO. He brings a belief that strong finance functions and thoughtful use of data can transform how companies scale, operate, and grow.

Before joining Garnett Station Partners, Jigar was Vice President on the Value Creation team at Audax Private Equity. There, he worked closely with portfolio company CEOs and CFOs to build scalable finance organizations designed for buy-and-build growth, leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and accelerate value creation.

Previously, Jigar was a Private Equity Consultant at Accordion Partners, where he built hands-on experience leading transformation projects through the Office of the CFO and enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities for PE-backed management teams. He began his career at Capital One, supporting strategic acquisitions and finance automation initiatives within the commercial bank.

Jigar holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder
