Loften Deprez
Loften is an Operating Partner at Garnett Station Partners. Prior to GSP, Loften worked as an independent data and strategy consultant to leading private equity and venture capital firms. Previously, Loften founded Higher Data and Viscacha Data, two consumer data aggregation and analytics businesses. Loften started his career at McKinsey & Company, focusing on advanced analytics projects across sectors. Loften received a B.A. in Economics from Yale College.
Senior Advisors are not expected to be employed by GSP and will not perform services exclusively for the Fund or its portfolio companies. Operating Partners and Operating Executives may be employees of GSP and provide services to (or with respect to) one or more GSP Funds or their portfolio companies. Operating Partners’ and Operating Executives’ compensation (which may include, without limitation, without limitation, salary, carried interest, and expense reimbursement), transaction fees, options, participation interests, expense reimbursements or securities of a portfolio company or holding company, and/or a share of proceeds upon sale of a portfolio company or holding company) payable to such individuals is allocated to the relevant GSP Funds and/or portfolio companies to which such individuals provided services, and such amounts do not offset the relevant GSP Fund’s management fee and are not otherwise covered by the management fee.
