Steve Mayotte

Steve Mayotte is an Operating Partner and Head of Technology at Garnett Station Partners, where he leads technology value creation across the portfolio, working with company leadership and the investment team. His work focuses on using digital, data, and AI to accelerate growth, strengthen operations, and help businesses scale efficiently.

Prior to joining GSP, Steve was the first technology Operating Partner at New State Capital Partners, a founder-focused middle-market private equity firm, where he built and led technology value creation across the full investment lifecycle.

Previously, Steve was Chief Information Officer of Payomatic, a PE-backed alternative financial services and fintech company, where he led its digital transformation and built the platform, data, and machine learning capabilities that helped the business scale. Earlier, he held consulting and technology roles at Modus and UBS Wealth Management.

Steve holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business.
