Biography

Royce Yudkoff co-founded ABRY Partners in 1989 and served as Managing Partner for approximately 25 years. ABRY is a leading private equity investment firm focusing on the media, communications, and information services sectors and since inception has completed approximately $82 billion of investment transactions. Currently, Mr. Yudkoff is The Class of 1975 Professor of Management Practice at the Harvard Business School. He teaches two courses on the subject of entrepreneurship through acquisition and has co-authored the book “Think Big, Buy Small: Own Your Own Company (Harvard Business Press). He is an active private investor and serves on multiple company boards.

Senior Advisors are not expected to be employed by GSP and will not perform services exclusively for the Fund or its portfolio companies. Operating Partners and Operating Executives may be employees of GSP and provide services to (or with respect to) one or more GSP Funds or their portfolio companies. Operating Partners’ and Operating Executives’ compensation (which may include, without limitation, without limitation, salary, carried interest, and expense reimbursement), transaction fees, options, participation interests, expense reimbursements or securities of a portfolio company or holding company, and/or a share of proceeds upon sale of a portfolio company or holding company) payable to such individuals is allocated to the relevant GSP Funds and/or portfolio companies to which such individuals provided services, and such amounts do not offset the relevant GSP Fund’s management fee and are not otherwise covered by the management fee.
