Matt Williamson
Matt is an Operating Executive at Garnett Station Partners. Prior to joining GSP, Matt worked at Harris Williams in the Transportation & Logistics Group, focused on M&A advisory in the auto sector. Prior to Harris Williams, Matt worked at Duff & Phelps in the Litigation Advisory Group, focused on M&A, bankruptcy, and commercial disputes. Matt received an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Finance and Math from the University of Richmond. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Senior Advisors are not expected to be employed by GSP and will not perform services exclusively for the Fund or its portfolio companies. Operating Partners and Operating Executives may be employees of GSP and provide services to (or with respect to) one or more GSP Funds or their portfolio companies. Operating Partners’ and Operating Executives’ compensation (which may include, without limitation, without limitation, salary, carried interest, and expense reimbursement), transaction fees, options, participation interests, expense reimbursements or securities of a portfolio company or holding company, and/or a share of proceeds upon sale of a portfolio company or holding company) payable to such individuals is allocated to the relevant GSP Funds and/or portfolio companies to which such individuals provided services, and such amounts do not offset the relevant GSP Fund’s management fee and are not otherwise covered by the management fee.
