Jordan Newell

Jordan Newell is an Operating Partner at Garnett Station Partners and serves as Head of Talent. He helps lead the firm’s human capital and talent strategy across the portfolio, working with company leadership and the investment team. His work is focused on driving value creation through executive and board leadership and recruitment, organizational design, and team effectiveness.

Prior to joining GSP, Jordan served as Head of Talent at Endeavour Capital, a middle-market private equity firm investing in founder/family-owned businesses. Jordan began his career at Spencer Stuart in the firm’s Private Equity, Board, and CFO practices, advising private equity sponsors and public companies on executive search and leadership assessment.

Jordan earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is based in New York City.
