Evan Rosenburgh

Evan is an Operating Executive at Garnett Station Partners. Prior to GSP, Evan was the Founder of Rettig Partners, where he focused on purchasing and operating small to medium-sized service businesses. Before Rettig Partners, Evan led business development and growth at Ease Capital, a technology-powered multifamily lender. Prior to Ease, Evan was on the business development team at 3D technology startup, Floored, Inc., a company that was successfully sold to CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE). Post-acquisition, Evan was a Senior Director at CBRE. Evan earned his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, with honors. Evan lives in Hoboken, New Jersey with his wife, Hannah, their daughter, Paige, and their dog, Calzone.
