Biography
Jim Kochalka is a trained psychologist who provides executive development and advisory services to business leaders and global firms as they navigate business transitions and transformations. He has worked with a wide range of organizations, ranging from tech startups through large public companies. Since 2009 he has focused on the unique challenges of leadership and culture development for investment firms in both public and private equity.
GSP Senior Advisors, Operating Partners, and Operating Executives while not employees, members, personnel, or affiliates of GSP, are leaders in their respective fields who are available to provide counsel to GSP and may make significant contributions to GSP, its portfolio companies, and investors.
